All items have a 2 years old guarantee. In any case of faulty the item must be repaired/replaced/refounded by Nozipozi. You can only get a replacement of a refound if the item cannot be repaired.
– In the 1st year it has to be assumed that the problem is existed when you recieved the item, unless Nozipozi can prove otherwise.
– In the 2nd year the buyer has to prove that the problem existed when recieving the item.
To be eligible to a repair/replacement/refound you have to send the product back to the given address (Hungary, 8095 Pákozd, Bella köz 4.) You have to notify Nozipozi about the fault by filling out this form. You can either print it and send it with your returned item or send it in e-mail to info@nozipozi.com.
– From the 3rd year Nozipozi repairs items free of charge or a small fee depending on the damage. Please contact info@nozipozi.com with the description and an attached picture of the problem.
Right of withdrawal is only applicable for items purchased online.
You have the right to cancel your order anytime before reciving the product.
After reciving the product you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for 14 days. For a valid withdrawal in 14 day you have to send the product back to the given address (Hungary, 8095 Pákozd, Bella köz 4.) You have to notify Nozipozi about your cancellation by filling out this form. You can either print it and send it with your returned item or send it in e-mail to info@nozipozi.com.
14 days after reciving your cancellation you must get a refound. (Refound can be delayed if Nozipozi does not recieve the item(s) during that time.)
If the item was custom made, Nozipozi can only accept returns if the item is faulty due to ous.
